🧘🏼♀️ Pilgrimages into the Inner Science of Yoga 🧘🏼♀️
The TriYoga Yātrās are not simply practices; they are thematic, transformative journeys that
guide us into the heart of yoga. Each Yātrā is a deep, intentional exploration of a specific
mental, emotional, or spiritual quality—an inner virtue that, when cultivated,
awakens our potential to live with more clarity, devotion, and peace.
Rooted in the profound wisdom of TriYoga, and inspired by Yogini Kaliji’s
vision of a unified, compassionate world, these journeys offer more than
physical movement. They are designed to illuminate the inner path,
combining āsana, prāṇāyāma, mudrā, dhyāna (meditation), mantra,
and reflective inquiry into a single, cohesive experience.
🧘🏼♀️ The Meaning of Yātrā
The Sanskrit word Yātrā means “journey” or “pilgrimage.” In
the spiritual context, it refers to a sacred undertaking—an
inner or outer voyage made with the intent of purification,
insight, and transformation. Just as traditional pilgrims travel to
holy places, the TriYoga Yātrās invite us to travel inward, to
rediscover the sacred within.
Each Yātrā becomes a pilgrimage of consciousness—an opportunity to return again and again to
the essence of who we are beneath the noise of everyday life.
🧘🏼♀️ The Twelve Yātrās: A Journey Through the Sacred Qualities of Being
Each TriYoga Yātrā revolves around a central theme—an archetypal energy or universal virtue
that speaks to our inner evolution. These are not abstract ideas, but living qualities that can be felt,
embodied, and expressed through dedicated practice.
So far, we have journeyed through:
• Śakti (Inner Strength) – Awakening the dynamic force within
• Bhakti (Devotion) – Cultivating love, surrender, and divine connection
• Karunā (Compassion) – Expanding the heart’s capacity to feel and serve
• Viveka (Clarity) – Sharpening discernment and inner wisdom
• Dhṛti (Determination) – Anchoring resilience and unwavering steadiness
• Śānti (Peace) – Resting in deep stillness and calm
• Satyam (Truthfulness) – Living in alignment with authenticity and integrity
• Śraddhā (Faith) – Trusting the unfolding of the inner path• Dayā (Kindness) – Practicing gentleness, forgiveness, and empathy
• Vairāgya (Detachment) – Letting go with grace, and creating space for growth
• Ānanda (Bliss) – Tuning into the natural joy of being
• Dīpti (Radiance) – Allowing the inner light to shine fully into the world
These journeys unfold slowly and gently, offering time to integrate the essence of each theme—
not only intellectually, but in your breath, your body, your choices, and your relationships.
🧘🏼♀️ Why These Yātrās Matter
The TriYoga Yātrās are designed to:
• Awaken higher awareness, grounded in direct experience
• Unite movement, breath, and stillness, centred around a transformative quality
• Bring the subtle teachings of yoga into daily life, making spirituality tangible
• Strengthen sangha, creating meaningful connection through shared inner focus
• Support global transformation by nurturing awakened individuals
In a world that often pulls us outward, these Yātrās gently call us home—to presence, to purpose, to
the subtle intelligence of the Self.
🧘🏼♀️ A Personal Vision: Bringing the Inner Science of Yoga to the World
These journeys reflect my heartfelt vision:
To bring the inner science of yoga to every corner of the world.
In each TriYoga Yātrā, I witness students connect more deeply with themselves and others—not just
through what they learn, but through what they remember. As these sacred qualities awaken within
us, we begin to live yoga not only on the mat but in how we speak, relate, create, and serve. Each
Yātrā becomes a lighthouse of consciousness—radiating from the inside out.
🧘🏼♀️ You Are Welcome on This Journey
Whether you are a long-time practitioner or just beginning your path, the Yātrās are open to you.
There is no need to be perfect or flexible—only willing. Willing to explore, to feel, to pause, to
listen.
Each Yātrā is an invitation. A quiet call to step into the sacred.
To walk the inner path—one breath, one theme, one heartfelt step at a time.
With love and light,
Dagmar
