Join us for a nourishing afternoon exploring how yoga, breath, and simple self-care practices can support your body’s natural detox and immune function. This workshop is designed to gently stimulate the lymphatic system, reduce stagnation, and restore a sense of lightness and vitality from within.
You’ll learn:
  • TriYoga flows that support lymph movement through breath-led, wave-like motion
  • Gentle breath work to activate the diaphragm — your body’s natural lymph pump
  • Simple self-massage and fascia techniques to support fluid drainage
  • Daily habits and holistic tips for ongoing immune and lymphatic support
Perfect for anyone feeling heavy, puffy, low in energy,
  • or simply wanting to reconnect with inner ease and vibrant health.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience required.
Who does need this:
  1.  People with Lymphedema or Lymphatic Congestion
Those recovering from cancer (especially breast cancer) or lymph node removal.
Individuals with sluggish lymph flow, swelling, or fluid retention.
  2. People with Weakened Immune Systems
Regular lymphatic stimulation supports immune function by promoting the movement of lymphocytes.
Great for people prone to frequent infections, chronic fatigue, or autoimmune challenges.
  3. Those Experiencing Chronic Inflammation or Pain
Lymphatic flow helps clear inflammatory waste.
Beneficial for clients with arthritis, fibromyalgia, or chronic tension.
  4. Desk Workers & Sedentary Lifestyles
Sitting too much restricts lymphatic flow due to lack of muscular movement.
Gentle yoga supports circulation and drainage.
  5. Women in Perimenopause or Menopause
Hormonal changes can slow lymphatic flow, contributing to puffiness, tension, and fatigue.
Breath and movement help regulate energy, reduce swelling, and enhance vitality.
  6. Trauma Survivors or Clients with Nervous System Dysregulation.
Gentle lymphatic yoga paired with breathwork calms the nervous system.
Supports parasympathetic tone and encourages inner safety and grounding.
  7. People Recovering from Illness, Surgery, or Stress
Slow, supported yoga encourages healing and gentle detoxification.
Enhances lung and diaphragm movement, which is key for lymph drainage.
