The beautiful truth is that healing is possible. As adults, we can learn to offer these qualities to ourselves and experience them in new ways — through awareness, compassion, and conscious choice.
In doing so, we begin to create the safety, love, and support that allow us to live more freely and authentically.
This two-day workshop provides a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with the younger part within you — the part that carries your curiosity, sensitivity, and natural sense of wonder.
Through TriYoga Flow, pranayama, meditation, guided visualization, and shamanic journeying, you will learn how to listen to your inner child, understand its needs, and consciously offer care, love, and play.
Rather than revisiting old stories from the past, we focus on what your inner child needs today — and how you can provide that support from your present, conscious self.
The intention is healing, integration, and empowerment in the present moment.
