As the September Full Moon rises, we invite you to step away from the busyness of everyday life and come back to yourself.

The Full Moon offers a beautiful moment to pause, reflect and release — to let go of what no longer needs to be carried and create space for what wants to emerge.

 🧘‍♀️Dagmar will guide you through a gentle, nourishing TriYoga-inspired practice with supported poses and longer-held stretches. A practice to soften the body, release tension, reconnect with the breath and settle the nervous system.

🔔 Nerise will weave beautiful sound vibrations throughout the evening with singing bowls & tuning forks and deep listening, guiding you towards a state of stillness, relaxation and inner connection.

Together Yoga + Sound + Moonlight create a space to simply slow down and be.
