Discover how forward bends can feel spacious, light, and easeful instead of tight and effortful.
In this workshop we will explore a new approach to forward bending — creating openness, softness, and freedom rather than tension and struggle. Through intelligent alignment, breath awareness, fascia release, and fluid movement, you will learn how to move into forward bends with greater ease, fluidity, and lightness instead of force and tightness.
We will work with the whole body connection — feet, legs, pelvis, spine, breath, and nervous system — allowing forward bends to become a release into openness and flow rather than a fight against restriction.
This practice is suitable for all levels and especially supportive for students who experience tight hamstrings, lower back tension, stiffness, or resistance in forward folds.
