Pelvic Floor & Hips – Ground, stabilize, and free your movement
🔥 Thursday | 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Core & Piriformis – Activate your center for strength and balance
🌊 Friday | 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Psoas & Lower Back – Release tension and restore fluidity
💫 Saturday | 10:00 am – 3: 00 pm
Shoulders & Upper Back – Open, strengthen, and ease discomfort
