In this Beginner Course, we cover the basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques.
Good alignment and even flow is the safest way to gain more strength and flexibility.
What you will learn:

- to stretch your tight muscles, if you are sporty
- to gain more flexibility, if you feel stiff
- to recover from back pain
- get confident in your Yoga practice
- explore alignment more comprehensively
- opportunity to discover adjustments if you have injuries
- this course gives you a great building block
Beginner Courses are for total Yoga Newbies as well as people who have had a longer Yoga break and want to start again.

We will provide Yoga mats, blocks, pillows, etc.
