Yoga Beginner Course at Amanda Gale Physio on Anderson Street, Cairns

In this Beginner Course we cover the basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques.

Good alignment and even flow is the safest way to gain more strength and flexibility.

What you will learn:

  • to relax, if you are stressed
  • to stretch your tight muscles, if you are sporty
  • to gain more fexibility, if you feel stiff
  • to recover from back pain

Beginner Courses are for total Yoga Newbies as well as people who have had a longer Yoga break and want to start again.

Be there at 5:05 pm – 1st Floor  at   17 Anderson Street, Manunda

We will provide Yoga mats, blocks, pillows etc.
