Bring a towel and your Yoga mat if you have one. Drink before, come hydrated and bring your bottle. Water is life.

What kind of Yoga are you teaching?
It is called TriYoga and it is related to Hatha Yoga. You will enjoy the soft flow.
I am pregnant, can I still join your classes?
Yes, please inform me before the lesson and I will give you special instructions. I have been working as a midwife for 20+ years and I’ll let you know when to be careful.
I have problems with my back, can I still do Yoga?
Yes, Yoga can be very helpful. Please inform me before the lesson starts about your health issues or consider coming for a private consultation.

Are there any classes during school holidays or on public holidays?
Yes, some of the classes will be continued during holidays but some won‘t. Always check my timetable first.
Is Dagmar a registered Yoga Teacher?
Dagmar is a registered Gold Member of Yoga Alliance International and certified as experienced Yoga Teacher with many thousands of hours of teaching practice.
Is Dagmar registered with Health funds?
As a member of ANTA (Australian Natural Therapist Association) Dagmar is recognised nationally by some of the Australian Health Funds for Ayurvedic Medicine.
